Vanessa's car buried in snow. Schools, business' etc. all closed.
Chilly, in contrast to Snowy, would stay out all day if he could!

Nope, I wouldn't be out in it either! I was grumpy enough going out in the rain today! But it's beautiful, isn't it?
Oh my... poor Snowy. I'm afraid I'm on his side though, LOL! Just tell him that it could be worse -- he could be a dachshund! Can you imagine my poor little Sailor going out in that??

wot a winter wonderland you have there if only it wasnt as cold as you tell me it is- then it would be absolutely perfect- as for Chilly he can have the snow I am with snowy I would hold it in all day as well
